Interstate rivalry is intensifying in the lead-up to the AFL Hall of Fame tribute match between the Dream Team and Victoria at the MCG.
State of Origin games were scrapped by the AFL in 1999 but this year a tribute match will be played on May 10.
Dream Team captain Andrew McLeod says there are plenty of players keen to take part in the match.
"When they first announced it at a press conference you could almost feel the tension, almost the arrogance of the Victorians," he said.
"We'd love to belt them."</p>
