Travis Cloke's manager has denied that the Collingwood forward has signed a new deal with the Magpies.
Reports on Melbourne's ''SEN'' radio strongly indicated that Cloke had re-signed for a further four seasons, even though his management are looking for a five-year deal with the Magpies.
But Cloke's manager Ralph Carr took to Twitter to deny these.
"Contrary to all reports, Travis Cloke has not signed off on a deal...but hopefully it's getting closer," Carr tweeted on Thursday afternoon.
The rumours surrounding Cloke re-signing a new contract were fuelled by the fact the 25-year-old is due to appear on ''The Footy Show'' on Thursday evening, with several commentators suggesting he would announce the deal then.
