Posted Wed 26 Jan 2011 14:30yes i would look seriously at olives if i was you and you are in a position to have a crack at it. you could work with far more temperamental fruits then that, and the market for them is ever growing as people adjust to better food and cooking with things liek masterchef showing them foods they have never had before.
