Bail has spent the past two seasons playing in the AFLQ and was selected by Melbourne at pick No.64 in the 2008 NAB AFL Draft. He is a hard-running midfielder with a strong body who finished fourth in the AFLQ's B&F last season and was also named the NAB AFLQ Rising Star. The former track and field athlete comes to the club as a mature age recruit and he will no doubt be looking to play senior football in 2009.
