Francis co-captained Gippsland in the TAC Cup last season. He managed 21 games across the season, averaging 19 disposals and six inside 50s per game. He is a tough midfielder who also possesses plenty of pace, proven with his excellent result in the 20m sprint at the Victorian state screening last season.
