Notte was an early selection in the 2007 NAB AFL Draft and is seen as a long-term key forward prospect. He managed to make his AFL debut late last season, but had very little impact in either game, showing he's a long way off becoming a regular in the line-up. A lightly built player, Notte spent most of the season developing his game playing for Swan Districts in the WAFL.
