In his first season on the Eagles' rookie list, Arrowsmith played 11 WAFL games before injury ended his season in June. Arrowsmith is best suited to a role on the wing but is also capable of playing a roaming role across half-forward. He will be given time to further develop his game in the WAFL in 2009.
