Lynch is one of the most imposing forwards in the AFL and the fan favourite was one of only four Eagles to play all 22 games last season. After making his name as a forward with his powerful marking and long kicking, Lynch was moved into the midfield during the second half of the season with spectacular results. He took his game to another level and averaged career highs in disposals, inside 50s, clearances, contested possessions and uncontested possessions. Lynch led the club for inside 50s, long kicks and contested marks, stamping himself on the game like never before.
