Giles is a developing ruckman who was selected late in the 2005 NAB AFL Draft. He spent last year playing for Central District in the SANFL, sharing his time between the seniors and the reserves. He is yet to make his AFL debut but, with the pending retirement of Brendon Lade, he may find himself in the team very soon.
