In his first season on the list, Petterd made a promising debut for the Demons in Round 5 last year and looked to be securing a spot in Melbourne's best 22. A collapsed lung in Round 14 ended his season prematurely but his form in his nine games offer the Demons plenty of hope that he could bolster their side whether through the midfield or elsewhere.
