Rocca played 23 games last season booting 54 goals - one below his previous career-high of 55 - his tally in 2006. He also finished with a career-high of 27 score assists - ranking No.1 at Collingwood in scoreboard impact. He was the only player in the competition to play more than one game and finish with more contested marks than uncontested marks. He is often criticised for a lack of consistency and it was no different last season as he finished with one goal or less on eight occasions last season and was goalless in 19 of his 46 halves.
