Dick made his debut in Round 3 and maintained his spot in the Collingwood side for the next six weeks. He never won more than 11 disposals in a match and booted four goals for the season. He played 12 games for Williamstown in the VFL for a return of 13 goals. Dick thoroughly enjoys a goal and his youthful enthusiasm was a refreshing sight to witness in his few AFL appearances.
