Season 2008 will be Wellingham's second on Collingwood's rookie list. He played 20 games for Williamstown in the VFL last season - 15 in the seniors and five in the reserves. He possesses great pace and has some flair to his game which makes him exciting to watch. Wellingham was named on the wing in the 2006 WAFL colts team of the year.
