Rusling's short career has been dogged with injuries, managing just 16 games in the past three seasons. He was sidelined with a shoulder injury until July last season. He kicked 10 goals for the season playing the final five matches including their three finals appearances. He has won 101 disposals so far in his career with 61 of those coming via a mark and just 24 from groundball-gets - proving that he needs to work harder at ground level to become a more damaging player in Collingwood's forward-line.
