Roe made his debut for Brisbane in 2006 after being elevated off their rookie list in the early stages of that season. He played a total of 15 games - the most of any rookie-listed player in 2006. In 16 games last season he conceded just 20 goals performing well against the likes of Jarryd Roughead (twice), Chris Tarrant, Paul Medhurst and Nick Davis.
