Moody's development took a backwards step in 2007 after he managed just seven appearances after 19 in 2006. He averaged fewer disposals, marks, uncontested possessions, tackles and inside 50s than the previous season averaging 32 minutes less per game. His kicking for goal was also poor as he scored just six behinds for the season after scoring at an accuracy of just 37% in 2006.
