Roberts-Thomson was added to the long-term injury list in Round 1 last season after playing 49 of a possible 51 games in 2005-06. He is a centre half-back who uses the ball well hitting the target with 87% of his disposals. As a junior he played rugby and before being drafted had played less than 40 Australian Rules games.
