Stenglein is so valuable to the Eagles midfield as he not only wins plenty of the ball but can shut down the opposition's most dangerous midfielder. He won a career-high 22 disposals last season and finished 10th in the club's B&F. He averaged five tackles per game last season and laid the second most at the club. Stenglein has been at the Eagles for three seasons now and his durability has been a bonus as he has missed just six games in that time.
