Embley won the 2006 Norm Smith Medal, but failed to carry that form through to the 2007 season as he managed just 13 games - his fewest in a season since 2000. He is a mobile wingman who has shown the ability to step up when it really counts as he averaged 25 disposals in last years final series despite missing the final three H&A games because of injury.
