Arrowsmith was arguably the most surprising non-selection at the 2007 NAB AFL Draft. He won the TAC medal for his best on ground performance for Calder in the 2007 TAC Cup grand final when he finished with 20 disposals, six marks, six inside 50s and four goals. He was a consistent ball winner at TAC Cup level last season and showed he was very damaging around goals booting 30 goals and assisting in a further 23 scores for his team. He was named on the wing in the 2007 TAC Cup team of the year.
