Staker was used in both attack and defence last season scoring 20 goals for the season while conceding 11 to his direct opponents. He averaged a career-high 14 disposals per game last season and grabbed the third most contested marks at the club. He has struggled for inconsistency throughout his career and will be looking to consolidate his spot as the Eagles third tall forward supporting Quinten Lynch and Ashley Hansen.
