Hansen has had an injury riddled career playing at least 20 games in only one of his four seasons since making his debut. He has an extraordinary winning record throughout his career with West Coast victorious in 81% of his 54 career matches - easily the best record of any current AFL player. He provides an excellent target at centre-half forward for the Eagles as he has averaged at least five marks per game in the past four seasons. Despite his injuries last season he still finished with career-high averages in disposals, goals and assists.
