Glass is one the league's best full-backs and had another fantastic year in 2007 when he won West Coast's B&F award as well as being named at full-back in the All-Australian side for the second consecutive season. He conceded 41 goals in his 24 appearances last season - a great result considering he plays on the opposition's best forward every week. He is the only player still at the club with an Eagles B&F award to his name.
