Boumann is an athletic utility who played in a variety of positions for Dandenong in the 2007 TAC Cup. He shone late in the season when playing in the ruck, after spending the early part of the season in either attack or defence. Strong in the air and capable around the ground, Boumann is expected to spend 2008 developing in the VFL.
