Skipper has managed just 44 games in seven seasons on the Bulldogs' list as he has struggled to settle either as a ruckman or up forward. He wasn't required until Round 17 last season, however he held his spot for the final six rounds making it his equal best streak at AFL level. Improved performances in these games will give the Bulldogs encouragement that he may finally hold down a spot form them in 2008.
