It's taken a while but Pratt finally became a regular for the Kangaroos in 2007, turning in some good performances in defence. An under-rated member of the Kangaroos' line-up last season, Pratt's effort was rewarded by the coaching staff with a third placing in the B&F. He played the second-most minutes at the club and was given the job most weeks on an opposition general forward, never conceding more than two goals to a single opponent. He stays close to the defensive goal and is a reliable user of the ball.
