After the departure of a number of player's from the Adelaide's ruck division, Maric's role at the Crows takes on greater importance this season. He has now spent three seasons on Adelaide's list and is yet to establish himself as a regular, playing just 14 games in the past two seasons at an average of 51 minutes per game. He played six games last season averaging just seven disposals, eight hitouts and three marks.
